“Lincoln has to compete with other communities for talented workers and many of those cities have protections in place based on sexual orientation.”
– Beatty Brasch, Executive Director of Center for People In Need
You can be a part of history in Lincoln as we work together to make Lincoln a great place to live, work and play!
After the victory in Omaha to expand workplace protection to include sexual orientation and gender identity, Outlinc is joined by small business leaders, faith leaders and city officials to work on a workplace fairness ordinance for Lincoln.
You, along with most Nebraskans, believe that employees should be judged by their performance not their identity. You agree that great performance deserves a fair workplace.
The Make Lincoln Fair will continue Lincoln’s long-standing tradition of treating everyone fairly.
Right now we are holding a press conference to share this exciting campaign for fairness with the community!
You have a part to add “sexual orientation” and “gender identity” to the existing protections! We need everyone working together to make this happen!
Most importantly you can make a donation to support Outlinc in this campaign!
Now is the time to end workplace discrimination! Don’t let Omaha be the only city in Nebraska with workplace fairness on the books!
